YOGI 60 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Yogi, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality and want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Yogi product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Yogi Tea 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers
in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us via the Contact form on our website and include information regarding the product you purchased, where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are dissatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused
portion of your product to Yogi, or provide other information to assist Yogi in processing your request.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Yogi reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny
Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Yogi
concludes that the purchaser has abused the Yogi 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Yogi may amend or terminate the Yogi 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
